I ordered it thinking it would show up around when they said it would, but the delivery kept getting pushed back by a day or so and the updates didn’t really tell me much. I ended up having to follow up myself a couple of times, which was frustrating. I probably won’t order from them again.

"Confusing updates and careless handling"
I didn’t have a great experience with medonthego.com. The communication was all over the place, and I kept having to ask what was happening because the messages didn’t really explain anything clearly. Even after asking, I still didn’t feel like I got straight answers. It also felt like my situation was being handled carelessly, like no one was really paying attention to the details. it was frustrating and not something I’d want to deal with again.

My experience with MedOnTheGo was okay overall. I did end up getting what I needed, and the site worked fine for the most part, but a few steps felt a little unclear, so I found myself going back to double-check things just to make sure I wasn’t missing anything.
Support did get back to me, though it wasn’t especially quick. I’d probably use them again if I needed to, but I’d want to read more reviews or ask around first to see if other people had a smoother experience.

I was frustrated because the amount I was charged ended up being more than what I was originally shown. I double-checked it because I thought maybe I missed a fee or misunderstood the total, but from what I could tell, the numbers just didn’t match. I reached out hoping someone could explain it or fix the difference, but nothing really got resolved. It’s not even just about the extra charge, it’s more that I expected the final amount to match what I was shown upfront, and when it didn’t, I wanted someone to actually look into it.

I ordered from medonthego.com and, yes, the package did show up eventually, so that’s good. Totally calm about it. Mostly. Shipping just took longer than I expected, and the tracking updates were slow, which was a little annoying. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just definitely not fast. I’d probably order again, but only if I’m not in any kind of hurry

I’ll admit I’m probably a little picky about sign-up processes because I’ve used a lot of sites that make it super quick, but this one frustrated me more than it should have.
The site kept making me re-enter the same details, and one of the verification emails took longer than expected to show up. I also couldn’t really tell if my info had saved, so I ended up going back and checking a couple times just to be sure.
It did work eventually, so it’s not like I was completely stuck, but the whole setup felt clunky. For me, it just wasn’t the best first impression.

The doctor seemed like they were in a hurry, gave me some basic advice, and didn’t really explain much. I tried reaching out to medonthego.com about my order, it was more frustrating than I expected. The replies took forever, and when someone finally did get back to me, it didn’t really clear anything up or solve the issue.
I understand companies get busy, so I guess it is what it is, but the lack of clear updates made the whole thing feel like I was just left waiting. I’d be hesitant to use them again unless their support gets a lot better

I requested a refund it turned into a bit of a headache. It took forever to get a clear response, and I kept having to follow up just to find out what was going on. It really felt like they were hoping I’d just “give up.” I won’t be using MedontheGo.com again after this, the refund process was really “poor.”

I ordered from medonthego.com and the tracking was just... not helpful at all. I kept checking it because, you know, I paid for the order and wanted to have some idea where it was.
But it would just sit there with no updates, then suddenly change late, or show something that didn’t really match what the actual shipping site was saying. For a few days I was just kind of guessing, like okay, is it moving, is it stuck, who knows.
I reached out to customer support too, but they didn’t really explain much. Just a basic reply that didn’t clear anything up. I don’t think I’d order again if the tracking is going to be this unreliable.

I don’t know, I tried using the site and just couldn’t get comfortable with it. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but a few details felt vague, and once that happened I started second-guessing everything, checkout, my info, the whole thing. It might work fine for other people, but I personally didn’t feel good trusting it with my details.

I eventually found what I was looking for, but it took more clicking around than I expected. A few pages were slow on my phone, and the checkout process wasn’t totally clear at first. It’s not a terrible site, but it definitely feels clunky. If it stays this way, I might end up shopping somewhere that’s easier to use.

"Discount code wouldn’t work"
Tried to use a promo code at checkout and it just wouldn’t go through. I reached out to support, and they sent me another code that was already expired, which was frustrating. it made me wonder if the discount was ever really meant to work, or if they were just hoping I’d pay the full price with maybe some extra fees tucked in anyway.

I ordered from medonthego.com and everything looked normal when it arrived. The packaging was fine, and the meds seemed to do what they were supposed to do, so I can’t really say anything bad happened. But I had this weird strong feeling that I wanted more proof or details about where it came from. With meds online, I just don’t fully relax about it. Overall it was okay, but I’m not completely convinced, so 3 stars feels right...
